PSI22.4.69 - Operational Procedures: General Administration - Safety of Staff Out of Office - Day Visits

All staff travelling away from the Office should carry mobile phones.

The minimum details to be recorded for Day Visits should include:

- mobile phone number;

- place visited;

- approximate time of return.

For those travelling alone, arrangements should be made so that they can contact their manager to confirm the safe conclusion of a visit.
