PSI22.2.26 - Operational Procedures: Clerical Procedures - Examiner Post - File Located in Racks

This means that the file is held locally. If the file is required by the Examiner, proceed as follows:

1. Retrieve file from racks and attach post to right-hand side;
2. Mark file cover with date, relevant Examiner and post week number;
3. Book via CORA to Examiner's seat number.

For "F" post, simply attach the post to the file and return to the racks.
