The following forms should be retained by Pensions Assistants
for processing:
- PS5 and PS6 with a Standard reference
prefix of 037 or 137 and a CORA location of FILE, REPO or
CORA;
- PS199 and PS255 where the CORA location is
FILE, REPO or CORA;
- PS256 for a change of name or address only,
where the file reference is to remain unchanged and the CORA
location is FILE, REPO or CORA.
