When a recalled file arrives, retrieve the post from the
recall pouch and attach to the file.
The file cover should be marked with today’s date, the
relevant Examiner and the post week number.
If there is more than one piece of post to attach place the
oldest piece on the file first, and ensure the file cover is marked
to show each piece.
