PSI21.2.26 - Centralised Schemes: Associated Employers - Joint Enterprises

A company or partnership formed as a joint enterprise by two or more parent companies may participate in a centralised scheme established by one of those parents even though that parent has less than a 50% interest in it. In these circumstances the general principles set out in PSI21.2.7- 8 and PSI21.2.13apply so far as benefits and funding are concerned.
