PSI8.3.20 - Commutation for Triviality or Serious Ill Health: Scheme Rules

If serious ill health commutation is to be permitted the scheme rules must include a suitable enabling provision which restricts such commutation to “exceptional circumstances of serious ill health” in those precise terms.
