Life Offices and other pensions advisers sometimes seek agreement of their own tables of enhanced commutation factors. Copies of those which have been accepted as satisfactory are recorded on SF70/132, sub-file 5. Where the factors are as set out in an agreed table you do not need to ask about the interest and mortality assumptions on which they are based.
