PSI7.1.13 - Increases of Pensions in Payment: General - The Retail Prices Index

The use of a suitable index applies no matter what type of policy is used. Any suggestion that a restriction based on such an index is not appropriate where the annuity is investment linked should be rejected. Let the Divisional Manager see any case where a Life Office continues to press for the removal of this restriction.
