PSI6.4.25 - Total Benefits On Retirement At Normal Retirement Age: Pensionable Remuneration and Final Remuneration - Directors' Fees - General

As explained in PSI6.4.22directors' fees payable to a non-controlling director can be either basic salary or fluctuating emoluments depending on how they are voted. Treat them as basic salary if they are voted each year on a fixed basis; but as a fluctuating emolument in other circumstances.
