Recent updates to the PAYE Manual

This Manual contains new and updated guidance reflecting implementation of the new PAYE Service on 9 July 2009. Obsolete guidance is withdrawn. The changes made are too numerous to list as the content of most subjects has changed.

Please take time to familiarise yourself with the new and revised content.

Normally, we update this Manual monthly but following implementation of the new PAYE Service we have arranged to publish updates on a weekly basis. Please ensure you check this page for updates every Monday.

We will advise you, on this page, when changes are made to this arrangement.
