PAYE94080 - Reconcile individual: in-year reconciliation: work item 119 - P53 required

Work Item 119 is created after 6 April in a year where a trivial commutation in-year claim has been made. A form P53 (end of year version) must be issued following the end of a year where a P53 (in-year version) claim has been made.

Note: In-year repayments from a P53 currently have to be dealt with manually on the PAYE system so work item 119 will not be triggered.
