PAYE93125 - taxpayer end of year: reviewing liability at year end: open case reason - working sheet prepared

The most common reason for this entry is that a review was made of the year, but some information was outstanding, for example, P11D reviewed and an informal calculation is required but the P14 details are not yet available. COP Function AS should be updated to include the known details and then saved until the outstanding information is received.

The year should be reviewed, checking that all relevant information is available, and the year cleared by the appropriate method.
