PAYE92045 - taxpayer end of year: posting P14 to taxpayer record: P14 lost

Normally the computer will automatically put the end of year details onto the taxpayer record, this means that in most cases you will not need to refer to the P14.

However, you may need to refer to the P14 to

• Cancel it when you repay an overpayment (in manually submitted cases), or
• Clear a case that appears on eOpen List
