PAYE91075 - Reconcile individual: overpayments: no repayment indicator

The no repayment indicator can be set for several reasons. Where the no repayment indicator is set and reconciliation triggered online, the following message will be displayed - ‘No repayment indicator set further investigation required’.

You will need to consider the steps at PAYE91076 before completing the reconciliation.

Where reconciliation is triggered automatically and an overpayment is identified and the indicator is set, work item 234 will be created and no P800 produced. Any operator can be allocated this work item and should follow the work item 234 Action Guide at PAYE91076.
