PAYE91070 - Reconcile individual: overpayments: work item 128 - manual WI - recalculate REPT

This work item will be manually created where the Supervisor or R400 Checker identifies an error in the repayment due to an incorrect informal tax calculation but there are no papers associated with the repayment. They then have the option to create a manual work item to notify a user to recalculate the repayment.
