PAYE79100 - PAYE operation: targeted review forms: selection of review forms for issue

The computer will select the cases and issue review forms on or around the 6 April each year. Depending on the number of cases selected, the issue may be staggered over a number of days. If this happens, priority is given to forms R40 cases.

The computer does not issue review forms in every case that is selected. Instead it will

• List cases where
• • MCOTP is on the record
  • REVIEW LIST has been set
  • There are too many entries to be made on the P810
  • The upper income limit for any coded item is exceeded (SA criteria now met)

• Sends to the office partially completed review forms where the RLS signal is set

Note: Any R40 signal set on the record will be automatically deleted.
