PAYE79080 - PAYE operation: targeted review forms: review forms issue exceptions

A review form is not issued where

• The record is not the main source
• The DECD or PCESS signal is set
• The latest employment or period of benefit is not live
• The SA signal is set (except where a form 575 is issued to the husband from the wife's record)
• The upper income limit for any item has been reached (SA criteria now met). This will not apply in pensioner cases where NIBACT or NIBEST is present on the COP record

You can also set certain signals on the record using Function RI which will override the automatic selection criteria.
