Where the RLS signal is set the Data Centre sends partially
printed review forms to the taxpayer's main office.
Where the current address is known
- Issue the form to the taxpayer (you should not issue the form c/o the employer)
Where the current address is not known
- Contact the employer to find employee’s address
- If possible by telephone
Or
- By sending a written query
- BF record and issue form if address found
- If there is no response to your enquiry at the BF date use Function RI to delete ‘BULK’ from the screen
