PAYE79044 - PAYE operation: targeted review forms: inhibit the issue of review form P161/P161W (Action Guide)

1.

Select the P161/P161W Inhibit check box, as appropriate on the Issue Targeted Review Forms screen

2.

Select the number of tax years for the inhibition from the Year drop down menu (the usual selection should be 1)

3.

Select the [Submit] button to update the individual’s account

4.

Update Contact History

To end the inhibition of the form you should uncheck the inhibition checkbox. The drop down menu for the number of tax years will retain the original value displayed but will no longer be editable.
