COP Function RI (Review Form Information)

Function RI is used to control the issue and receipt of review forms and to record the details for up to 7 years. The function is also used to issue form P161 or P161W automatically.

COP Function RR (Review Form Receipt)

Function RR provides for the bulk recording of the receipt of review forms (or information provided in place of the completed form, for example, in a letter or phone call). As well as noting the record that the information has been received, using this function will also prevent a case being issued with a penal code for CY+1.
