PAYE77030 - PAYE operation: incapacity benefit: form P45(IB)

When Incapacity Benefit ceases and the case is dealt with by Leics and Northants (IBTO), form P45(IB) is issued by the Department for Work and Pensions. Parts 1a, 2 and 3 are sent to the claimant and are identical to the normal P45.
