PAYE68085 - employment maintenance: movements browser: movement prohibited

When a record transfer is prohibited the automatic computer process creates a prohibition Work List item for clerical review. These items are produced in the new Processing Office.

The reason for the prohibition can be one of the following reasons

• DECD signal is set – (indicating the taxpayer is deceased)
• OCCPEN signal is set (indicating the taxpayer is an occupational pensioner)
• PCESS signal is set
• The record found is a P204 record
• Your DOC..(date)..Yours is not the latest employment
