PAYE68081 - employment maintenance: movements browser: movement inhibited - old office (Action Guide)
To deal with work items created in the old Processing Office,
where there is an inhibition on the record which prevents it being
moved to the new Processing Office, follow steps 1 - 18 below. The
guide is presented as follows
| PH Signal is set | Steps 1 - 3 |
| Cnc Txn Signal is set | Steps 4 - 7 |
| UnpTxn Signal is set | Steps 8 - 11 |
| Insp Only Signal is set | Steps 12 - 15 |
| No Mvmt Signal is set | Steps 16 - 18 |

PH Signal is set
- Send E-Form – Standard Form 41A to the new Processing Office to advise them
- That the record cannot be transferred
- The possible transfer date. This date will depend on the date of any appeal hearing
- Note the work item with a BF date
- When the case has been settled
- Use Function TA to delete the PH signal
- Send E-Form – Standard Form 41A to the new Processing Office to advise them
- That the signal has been removed
- To use Function MA (RE – TRY facility) to request the transfer of the main source record again

- Delete the work item
Cnc Txn Signal is set
- Review the main source record to identify the cancelled not
corrected work and use the appropriate function to clear the CNCTXN
signal
- Send E-Form – Standard Form 41A to the new Processing Office to advise them
- That the signal has been removed
- To use Function MA (RE – TRY facility) to request the transfer of the main source record again
- Deal with any advisory message

- Transfer any working papers to the new office
- Delete the work item
UnpTxn Signal is set
- Use Function UP to review the unprocessed work and take the
appropriate action to ensure the UNPTXN signal is cleared as soon
as possible
- Send E-Form – Standard Form 41A to the new Processing Office to advise them
- That the signal has been removed
- To use Function MA (RE – TRY facility) to request the transfer of the main source record again

- Transfer any working papers to the new office
- Delete the work item
Insp Only Signal is set
- Print the form and pass it to the Inspector to deal with. The
Inspector will establish whether or not the record can be
transferred
- If the record can be transferred the Inspector will
- Delete the INSP ONLY signal
- Send E-Form – Standard Form 41A to the new Processing Office to advise them
- That the signal has been removed
- To use Function MA (RE – TRY facility) to request the transfer of the main source record again
- Deal with any advisory messages

- Transfer the file or papers to the new office
- If the record can not be transferred the Inspector will send E-Form to the new Processing Office to advise them
- Why the record cannot be cleared
- When the inhibition will be cleared
No Mvmt Signal is set
- Check the record to see if the NO MVT signal can be removed
- If it can be removed
- Use Function TA to delete the signal
- Send E-Form – Standard Form 41A to the new Processing Office to advise them
- That the signal has been removed
- To use Function MA (RE – TRY facility) to request the transfer of the main source record again
- Deal with any advisory message

- Transfer any working papers to the new office
- Delete the worklist item
- If it cannot be removed send E-Form - Standard Form 41A to the new Processing Office to advise them
