PAYE68035 - employment maintenance: movements browser: work list - validation failures


These failures occur where the data entered is not in the correct format or where entries in certain fields are dependent on others. Forms where the [Accept] button has been used on the capture screens will appear on these Work Lists.

The validation rules apply to all of the forms captured by the browser. If there is more than one validation failure you will need to correct all the failures before you resubmit the form.

The reason(s) for the failure(s) will be shown at the top of the onscreen form and the associated field(s) will be highlighted. Where you make any changes to the form, secondary validation will ensure that you have entered details in the correct format and in all necessary fields.

There may be occasions where you are unable to correct the data to continue processing the forms using the browser and in these instances you will need to use the existing Functions MA, ML or MS to update the taxpayer record and delete the entry on the browser.
