PAYE61155 - Employment maintenance: create employment: work item 39 - PENNOT - review receipt of P161

Work item 39 is created when the PENNOT transaction successfully created a primary or secondary source on the individual’s record but it did not automatically trigger the issue of a P161 or P161(W) as the P161 indicator was already set.

This work item is created to review whether the P161 or P161(W) has now been returned and the procedure to follow should the form remain outstanding.
