PAYE54090 - Employer returns: regulation 80 determinations: reissuing notice

Enforcement and Insolvency Service (EIS) or Special Investigations (SI) may sometimes need your help in recovery work. They may ask you to send a fresh notice, bearing a current date, to a company's Registered Office if the original was not sent there. You do not have to make the determination again.

• Arrange to do what the EIS/SI asks.
• Record the fresh address and date of issue of the new notice on both the file copy and the book copy. Note them below the date of issue box.
• Acknowledge any appeal made within 30 days of issue of the fresh notice. Tell EIS/ICS when an appeal arrives and deal with it in accordance with the guidance at ARTG2120 onwards.
