The PAYE processing assistant role gives update access to the following functionality

• Coding
• Contact history
• Employment maintenance
• Individual (excluding SBA indicator fields which are controlled by the SBA office rather than role)
• In-year forms and data capture
• Outputs
• Targeted review forms
• Tax tables check
• Trace and match
• Work management

This role gives read only access to the following functionality

• Accounting
• Debits and credits (excluding all screens related to R400 checks which are prohibited)
• IABD (Income allowances benefits and deductions)
• Merge individual
• Reconciliation

This role prohibits access to the following functionality

• Debits and credits (all screens relating to the R400 checks)
