PAYE26026 - employer records: magnetic media: magnetic media - withdrawing from scheme (Action Guide)
To take the appropriate action when you are advised that an
employer wishes to withdraw from the magnetic media scheme, follow
steps 1 - 2 below.

of the screen.
Employer asks to withdraw
- If the employer contacts you asking to withdraw from the scheme forward a copy of the request to NICO at the following address

NE98 1YXIf the ‘Permit’ number(s) and where appropriate the ‘E’ number(s) of the scheme are known you must ensure that these are shown.

- Use Function AMEND EMPLOYER NOTES to record your actions and then file the papers in the employer record pad
