PAYE25056 - Employer records: employer mailings: prospective employer pack issue (Action Guide)
To take the appropriate action when a customer requests that a Prospecive Pack is issued to them, follow steps 1 -5 below. The Guide is presented as follows

Initial action

Use EBS to access the Function Description Menu and select the ‘Prospective / Starter pack’ option |
|

Select the [Prospective Employer] button |
|
3. |
Use the ‘Search’ button to complete the Employer Name and Address fields |
|
4. |
Select (tick) the ‘Prospective Pack’ field |
Prospective pack issue

The pack will automatically be issued by the HMRC mailing contractor |
