PAYE24040 - employer records: employer EMO printouts: employer corres name / address notification

An Early Morning Output (EMP) update printout ‘Employer Correspondence Name / Address Notification’ is produced based on information held on BROCS where

• The employer’s correspondence name has changed

And / or

• The employer’s correspondence address has changed

The printout will display

• The employer’s business name
• The old correspondence name and address

And

• The new correspondence name and address

No change will have been made to the address on the Employer Business Service (EBS) record. You will need to establish whether the address on the printout should now be used and update the record accordingly.
