PAYE22030 - employer records: trace employer record: view employer record
To view an employer record you must know one of the
following
- The office number and employer reference
Or
- The Accounts Office reference
If you enter one of these references in COP Function EI, the
details held for that employer will be displayed. For more
information about the details held see
PAYE22020.
If you do not know either of these references, you must first
trace the employer record using the employer’s name,
employer’s address or both. For more information about
tracing records see
PAYE22025.
