There are two on-line COP functions available for coding work

• Function CD gives you access to the current coding details
• Function CH shows details of code changes and freehand notes for a particular year

This section tells you about the

• Formats (screens) available in each function
• Fields available on each screen
• Entries expected in those fields
• Error messages that may be displayed, and the action to take to rectify the error
