PAYE110085 - Work management: PAYE work management system: list of roles
The following list shows the most common roles available in the PAYE Work Management system and the types of work items appropriate to that role.

Individual Maint Officer |
Allows you to receive and action work items relevant to maintaining an individuals record, these are work items that have not been escalated or re-directed due to SA interest |

Individual Maint Officer SA |
Allows you to receive and action SA work items relevant to maintaining an individuals record, these are work items that have been escalated due to SA interest |
|
Employment Maint Assistant |
Allows you to receive and action work items, relevant to maintaining an individuals employment record, these are work items that have not been re-directed to SA user |

Employment Maint Assistant SA |
Allows you to receive and action work items, relevant to maintaining an individuals employment record, these are work items that have been re-directed to SA user |
|
Employment Maint Officer |
Allows you to receive and action work items, relevant to maintaining an individuals employment record, these are work items that have been re-directed due to complexity |
|
Employment Maint Officer SA |
Allows you to receive and action work items, relevant to maintaining an individuals employment record, these are work items that have been re-directed due to complexity and SA interest |

Coding Officer Daily |
Allows you to receive and action coding work items, these work items have not been escalated |

Coding Officer Daily SA |
Allows you to receive and action SA coding work items, these work items have been escalated due to SA interest |

PAYE Work Management Administrator |
Allows you to access the PAYE Work Management administration functions, these are Maintain Filter Criteria, Maintain Work Item Priorities, Maintain Role to Work Item Association, Bulk Reject Work Items, Maintain System Parameters |
If you have access to the PAYE Work Management Administrator role you must not have access to any of the other PAYE roles.
If you have access to any of the other PAYE roles listed above, you must not have access to the PAYE Work Management Administrator role.
This means that the PAYE Work Management Administrator should be off-line from the day-to-day work on the PAYE Service and other users with roles allowing them to work on the PAYE Service, should never be given the PAYE Work Management Administrator role.
