PAYE110026 - Work management: PAYE work management system: work item notes (Action Guide)

When you need to create or view a work item note follow steps 1 - 5 below

Create a work item note

1. Select the Paperclip icon
2. Select the ‘Take Action’ - ‘Attach a note’ option and make a note in
 
  • The subject field
     
    And
 
  • The note field
  Note: The subject field and note field are free format fields and entries in these fields must be made according to the guidance in ‘Work item notes’ at PAYE110025.

3. Select the Paperclip icon
  If there is more than one note you need to
4. Select the ‘+’ sign
  A list of work item notes will be displayed
5. Highlight the note you want to view
