PAYE1100 - background: access to records: working records that belong to another office
The Employer Business Service (EBS) and Taxpayer Business
Service (TBS) allow you to work on records that belong to another
office. This means that if you have the appropriate user role, you
can, regardless of which office has or will have responsibility for
the record
- View any employer record
- Set up an employer record
- Capture any End of Year return
- Update information on any employer record
- View any taxpayer record
- Update designatory information on any taxpayer record
