PAYE105016 - Individual records: contact history: manual creation by you (Action Guide)

To create a manual Contact History note, follow steps 1 - 3 below

1. Access the customer’s record and select Individual from the left hand browser
2. Select the Indicators option
3. Select the [Save] button. You will then be presented with the Insert Contact History screen

Notes:

a. For guidance on recording information and action refer to PAYE105017 for telephone calls and correspondence or PAYE105020 for work management items
b. If the error message ‘Please correct the following entries and try again’ is displayed, follow the guidance at PAYE103065 and go back to step 1 in the Action Guide above
c. If you move to another screen for the same customer without saving the information, no warning message will be displayed and NPS will not record the information you have entered
d. The Contact Type will display Mediated
