PAYE104125 - taxpayer records: citizen identification record: work lists
The purpose of a Work List is to draw to your attention the
need for clerical action following specific action taken by someone
outside your office or following computer processing.
The Taxpayer Business Service creates work items on three
Work Lists
- ‘Deceased’. See PAYE104030
- ‘Residency’. See PAYE104075
- ‘RLS’. See PAYE104090
Work items are allocated to the Organisation Unit with
processing responsibility for the latest main source record.
TBS Function WORKLISTS allows you to
- Display work items for a selected Work List type and Organisation Unit
- Search for a particular work item
- Select a work item
- Delete that item or note it as ‘working’ or remove a ‘working’ flag previously set
