PAYE103100 - Individual records: maintain individual details: work item 253 - PAYE Service/Frameworks - capacitor update exception (Action Guide)


Work item 253 is produced when an update to a capacitor has been sent to the Citizen Identity Database (CID) and CID either cannot find a capacitor for the individual or cannot match the one we are sending changes about to any capacitor details held for the individual.

To clear work item 253 follow steps 1 - 8. This guide is presented as follows

View TBS to compare the capacitor details held on CID with those on the PAYE Service

2.

View Contact History to see when the update was made and whether or not any subsequent changes have been made on TBS

Update TBS to bring it into line with the PAYE Service. This will ensure that future updates are accepted
