PAYE101020 - taxpayer records: view COP record: COP function TF
Function TF (Taxpayer Full printout) is used to get a complete
printout of the taxpayer's record. Anyone with the appropriate
access can use this function.
Keep use of COP Function TF to a minimum. You can get all the
information on the printout using other COP functions such as
Coding History (Function CH) or Clearance Summary (Function CS).
Use COP Function TF to get a paper printout showing the
complete content of a taxpayer's record when
- The taxpayer's file has been lost and is being reconstructed
- Is being submitted to Head Office
- Is being sent on loan to another Processing Office to conduct an interview
- The taxpayer has made an application under the Data Protection Act
- The taxpayer's COP record is to be deleted and a printout is deemed necessary by the Deletion Officer
You may, in the following exceptional circumstances, get an incomplete printout. Where
- The number of unprocessed transactions shown in an advisory message at the top of the screen exceeds the number for which details are shown on the printout
- The advisory message REPT O/S is shown
But
- No details of the unprocessed repayment are shown on the printout
Resolve the discrepancy by repeating the function the next day.
