PAYE101015 - taxpayer records: view COP record: COP function TD

COP Function TD (Taxpayer Display) contains a wide range of information to give an overall view of the information held on the taxpayer's record. The details to be displayed may exceed the space available on one screen so you will be presented with a series of screens until all details have been shown, or nothing further is needed.

Anyone with the appropriate access can use this function to

  • Look at the contents of a taxpayer's computer record in
  • Your Processing Office

Or

  • Management Unit

You cannot use COP Function TD to

  • View coding history for years before CY-1
  • View district record references for years before CY-1
  • View previous employment history
  • View essential and historical notes
  • View assessments
  • Amend the taxpayer’s record

Formats

There are 2 formats in this function. They are

  • Prime Format - used to start the function
  • Taxpayer Display - used to view information held on the taxpayer's record
