On your Desktop screen

  • Select ‘Start’

You can create a short cut on your Desktop in the normal way.

If you are working away from your own workstation the browser can only be accessed through the Movements Homepage.

The Movements Homepage shows those screens available under your user role or roles. These are shown as facsimiles of the form or list with the following text under the appropriate form or list

  • ‘P45 Part 1’
  • ‘P45 Part 3’
  • ‘P46’
  • ‘Worklist’
  • ‘Summary’, to access the (Work List Manager) Summary screen

You should then

  • Select the facsimile for the screen that you want to access

Navigation between Movements 2003 Browser screens

Navigation to other Movements 2003 Browser screens is through the six tabs at the top of your screen.

If you are using, for example, the P45 Part 1 screen the other two capture screen tabs are active. This is because they are available under the user role in which you are working. This allows you to quickly navigate between the three capture screens.

The Home tab is always active, to take you back to the Movements Homepage.

In this example, the other two tabs are disabled because they are only available under different user roles to the one that you are using. If you want to use either, and you have the correct role, you must return to the Homepage, by selecting the relevant tab, to make your selection. See PAYE1010 for an explanation of the three user roles.

To access the required screen select

  • The ‘P45 Part 1’ tab to access the P45 Part 1 capture screen
  • The ‘P45 Part 3’ tab to access the P45 Part 3 capture screen
  • The ‘P46’ tab to access the P46 capture screen
  • The ‘Worklist’ tab to access the Worklist screen
