OT04711 - PRT: Administration: Appeals against Claim Decisions - Review of Decision by Another Officer

Prior to having an appeal heard by the First-tier Tribunal the claimant can have their disputed decision reviewed by another the Board officer who has not been involved in making the original decision (ARTG1030 & 4000 et seq).
