OSFG01030 - Role of OFC

Based in Sheffield, the Offshore Funds Centre’s role is to

• handle the day to day work of receiving and processing applications for certification as a distributing fund,
• carry out detailed reviews of applications where appropriate,
• issue distributing fund certificates to successful applicants,
• publish a list of certified funds,
• collect and collate evidence to support and inform policy in relation to offshore funds.
