Complex Cases (Introduction)

In the following circumstances the EEA Maintenance team will issue manual payments

Reciprocal agreement cases
Tax credits claimants receiving Working Tax Credit ( WTC) and income-related Employment and Support Allowance ( ESA)

Or

This is because the computer cannot capture all the details and calculate the award entitlement.
