Where Can A Change Within The Renewal Period Be Notified? (Info)

A change of circumstances can be reported to any appropriate office, for example

  • Jobcentre Plus offices
  • Enquiry Centres
  • The Department for Social Development (NI) ( DSD)

Or

  • The Department for Employment and Learning (NI)

All change of circumstances can be reported

  • By telephone to a Contact Centre

Or

  • In writing to the Tax Credit Office (TCO)

Change of circumstances relating to Current Year (CY) that are reported to Enquiry Centres will be treated in the normal way.

If a change relates to Previous Year ( PY) follow the guidance in Establish If A Change Can Be Made.
