What Notices Will The Claimant(s) Receive? (Info)
In cases that can be automatically renewed, the claimant(s) will be issued with an Annual Review form TC603R only. In the case of a joint claim, each claimant will receive a form TC603R.
In reply required cases that cannot be automatically renewed, the claimant(s) will be issued with an Annual Review form TC603R as well as an Annual Declaration
- Form TC603D if they are required to confirm their income for PY only
Or, if the claim was made in PY and was assessed using estimated income for PY-1
- Form TC603D2, which will ask them to confirm their actual income for PY-1 as well as confirm their income for PY
In a joint ongoing (Current) claim, the family will receive a form TC603R and a form TC603D or a TC603D2.
In a joint (Ceased) claim, each claimant will receive a form TC603R and a form TC603D or a TC603D2.
During the renewal period, any reported change of circumstances will result in a Statement Like Award Notice (SLAN) and a Provisional Award Notice (PAN) for Current Year (CY), including details of any up-rating, being issued to the claimant.
If all the required information is not received 30 days prior to the 1st Specified Date ( 1SD), a reminder form TC606 will be issued to the claimant.
On receipt of all the required information, a Finalised Award Notice (FAN) for Previous Year (PY) and a Current Year Award Notice (CYAN) will be issued to the claimant.
If all the required information is not received by the 1SD, the claimant will be sent a Finalised Award Notice (FAN) for PY and a Statement of Account advising that the CY Award has been terminated. (This text has been withheld because of exemptions in the Freedom of Information Act 2000)
