Submitting Renewal For Processing (Info)

When the Annual Declaration is processed, the computer will perform validation checks on the information entered. If the validation checks fail then an entry will be created on the 'Unprocessed S17' Work List with the reason.  For details of the reason(s), follow the guidance in Unprocessed S17 Work List.

Where there is an outstanding Unprocessed COC work item then the Annual Declaration will be stored and an entry will be created on the 'Unprocessed S17' Work List.  The reason will be shown as 'Uncoc'.
