Returned Letter Service (Info)

A claimant, partner or appointee may be RLS.

If the Annual Declaration is received back into the department RLS, you will need to make thorough checks for an address, as the Annual Declaration cannot be re issued until a new address is provided. If the Annual Declaration cannot be finalised due to RLS, all provisional  payments will be suspended.
