Manually Log Annual Declaration (Info)
There is an Action Guide for this subject, click on 'Next Page' to access it
You may be requested by Senior Management to log the receipt of an Annual Declaration (form TC603D or TC603D2) only, rather than log and capture the receipt of the Annual Declaration.
The normal process will be to log and capture an Annual Declaration at the same time. However, at peak times you can log the receipt of an Annual Declaration only and capture the details from it at a later date. If you only log the receipt of the Annual Declaration, after 5 days an entry will be made on the ‘Unprocessed S17' Work List with a status of 'logged'.
Note: This process is to be used as contingency only. The decision to log only will be communicated from Senior Management in the Tax Credit Office ( TCO).
You will be unable to log an Annual Declaration twice.
To fully log and capture an Annual Declaration, follow the guidance in Manually Capture Annual Declaration.
Any attachments on the Annual Declaration must remain attached whilst you log the Annual Declaration for them to be used when you fully capture the Annual Declaration.
You must keep the Annual Declaration on your desk until you are advised to fully capture the Annual Declaration.
