Retrieving Image Of Claim – Netherton (AG)
When dealing with a request for a scanned image of a claim, consider steps 1 – 10 below. The guide is presented as follows

retrieval differs from the name of the authorising manager

| 6 | Keep the print of the claim and the form TC116 together |
| 7 | Return the form TC116 to the person who requested
the image
